Shipping policy

UK Shipping including Jersey

  • UK including Jersey orders are processed within 2 working days.
  • UK shipments will be sent standard delivery either using Royal Mail or Evri (previously Hermes).
  • We also use Printify for the fulfilment of selected items in our creative collection.
  • Our decision between these fulfilment services will be dependent on any known issues in the local supply chain.
  • We will choose which method to process your delivery based on the information we have and in order to deliver the parcel as quickly and safely as possible.
  • UK deliveries will usually be completed within 5 to 7 working days from the point of the order being processed.
  • If you have not received your parcel within this time frame but the delivery has been marked as complete - please contact us using the email: contact@kimmy-b.com.
  • We will endeavour to locate the package and if it cannot be found we will either process a new delivery or offer a full refund.
  • If your package is received damaged - please email us an image of the item as soon as possible for us to process a return and exchange.

Europe, Middle East and Africa Shipments 

  • Europe, Middle East and Africa orders are processed within 2 working days.
  • Europe, Middle East and Africa shipments will be sent standard delivery either using Royal Mail or parcel Force.
  • We also use Printify for the fulfilment of selected items in our creative collection.
  • Our decision between these fulfilment services will be dependent on any known issues in the local supply chain.
  • We will choose which method to process your delivery based on the information we have and in order to deliver the parcel as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Europe, Middle East and Africa deliveries will usually be completed within 10 - 15 working days from the point of the order being processed.
  • The customer is responsible for any import tax or duty due upon receipt of goods, please consult your local postal office for details.
  • If you have not received your parcel within this time frame but the delivery has been marked as complete - please contact us using the email: contact@kimmy-b.com.

  • United States of America and Canada shipments will be sent standard delivery either using Parcel Force, DHL or DPD. We also use Printify for the fulfilment of selected items in our creative collection.
  • Our decision between these fulfilment services will be dependent on any known issues in the local supply chain.
  • We will choose which method to process your delivery based on the information we have and in order to deliver the parcel as quickly and safely as possible.
  • United States of America and Canada deliveries will usually be completed within 10 - 30 working days from the point of the order being processed.
